Supplier application
Apply to supply us.
Tell us what you make or stock, where you can ship it, and the quantities you work at. The application creates your supplier login at the same time.
Your company
Supplier application
Complete, specific answers are what get an application approved. Categories you genuinely cover, countries you genuinely ship to, and capabilities you can evidence are worth more than a long list you cannot.
What makes a strong application
- Be specific about categories
Three categories you genuinely cover beats fifteen you might. Enquiries are matched on this, and an irrelevant enquiry wastes your time as much as ours.
- State real minimums and lead times
An optimistic MOQ or lead time is discovered at the worst possible moment. An honest one makes you the supplier we come back to.
- Name certifications properly
Standard, issuing body, certificate number and expiry. "Certified" on its own is not something we can carry into a specification.
- Say who issues the invoice
If the trading entity differs from the manufacturing one, tell us now. It is a material fact and finding it out later reads badly.
What approval does and does not mean
An approved supplier is one we are willing to send enquiries to. It is not an endorsement, not an exclusive arrangement, and not a commitment to any volume — we will not imply otherwise to a buyer, and we would ask you not to imply it to yours.
Not sure you qualify?
Book a supplier capability review — half an hour, at no charge, going through your categories, the countries you ship to, your minimums, your lead times and your certifications. It is the same conversation we would have had after the application, held before you spend time on one.
