Which door to use
- A requirement to price
Use the enquiry form on Request a Quotation. It asks for the specification, the quantity and its unit, and the delivery destination.
- Offering to supply
Apply through the supplier page. It creates your login at the same time.
- A question about an open enquiry
Reply to the thread it is already on, so the answer stays with the quotation it belongs to.
- You would rather talk it through
Book a free half-hour session with the trading desk. Available on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, by video or at the Toronto office.
- Anything else
The message panel above. It reaches the same desk.
